Mr. Fraser served as Executive Director of the Nevada League of Municipalities for 9 years and has been serving as City Manager of Boulder, Nevada since January 2013.

Mr. Fraser is a recent and welcome addition to the Municipal Solutions team. His extensive experience in state and local government, his familiarity with state and national Leagues and his relationships with thousands of elected officials will be a tremendous asset in advising Municipal Solutions on current and future public and private-sector initiatives.
