Mr. Evertsen has 17 years of Public & Private-sector experience in Project Management, Organizational Development, Economic Development, Governance, Public Policy, Logistics, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Telecommunications & International Development.

He has worked on projects in the following countries: Bosnia, Canada, China, Iraq, Indonesia, Lebanon, Mexico, United Kingdom & the United States.

PROGRAM DESIGN / PROJECT MONITORING:

• Designed, administrated or monitored more than +300 government contracts ranging in value from $5,000 to $1.2 Billion.

• Most recently, served as National Work Element Coordinator and Provincial Team Leader in Iraq - required program design and project monitoring. Collaborated with, monitored and reported on 14 provincial teams. Managed the implementation of all 5 work elements within a single province. Conducted the 2009 Programmatic Audit and helped prepare the $250,000,000 Work Plan for 2010.

WORKSHOP DESIGN & TRAINING:

• Designed, presented, trained or facilitated more than 100 conferences, trainings and workshops in US and international environments.

• Designed and facilitated Training-of-Trainer courses using Adult –learning techniques applied to conflict zones and reconstruction.

• Co-developed a 160-page Organizational Development Manual, a 50-page Organizational Process Mapping Guide, dozens of presentations, case studies, course examinations and course evaluations. Materials (multi-language) have been used internationally to train 1000's of Local Government Elected Officials, Governors, and professional staff.

REPORTING - M&E, PMP, PMR, PMI & OPI:

• Assisted the M&E Director to (a) develop the assessment metrics, indicators and tools (PMI), (b) develop the basis for Performance Management Reports (PMR), (c) implement and coach provincial CCNs to collect assessment results in 14 provinces for the PMR, (d) assisted in writing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the PRT, US Military and USAID.
