A: $7.2 billion for Broadband Development:
- $4.7 billion for NTIA Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (TOP)

• $250 million = creation of sustainable adoption
• $200 million = strengthening public computing center capacity - $2.5 billion for USDA RUS Distance Learning, Tele-medicine and Broadband Grant Program
