Lanette is a mother, business owner, and IT executive.

Lanette has 30+ years building and leading systems, networks, projects, teams, divisions and companies both in the public and private sectors.  She served as a member of the Cisco Customer Collaboration Board of Advisors representing the customer viewpoint on current and future Cisco product innovation and development.  She co-chaired the Court Technology Committee working with the Texas Conference of Urban Counties.  Served as conference committee chair for TAGITM (Texas Association of Government IT Managers) multiple years.  Most recently Lanette has worked with start-up companies where she has a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and identifying & capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenues and organizational efficiencies by inspiring process innovation and transformation with business valued technology.

-   Transformed IT from cost centers to NACo award winning service centers, providing bottom-line ROI with business value.

- Co-chaired Court Technology Committee working with the Texas Urban Counties; Chaired TAGITM for Collin County.

- Delivered six start-up company divisions with people, process and technology resulting in million-dollar revenue year one.

- Structured and implemented the ITIL, Agile SCRUM, Risk Management Governance processes within IT organizations.
